Hello! We’re Claire and John—partners in life, wellness, and wood-fired adventures.
Together, we created Hello Sauna to share our passion for sauna culture and outdoor living with communities like yours.
Our mission is simple: bring the timeless tradition of sauna therapy to people in beautiful, natural settings—right where they are. Whether it’s a private beach session, a buzzing community event, or a corporate wellness retreat, we’re here to offer a space where you can slow down, breathe deep, and recharge.
Claire’s background in holistic health means she understands the incredible benefits of sauna therapy—both physical and emotional. She loves creating personalised experiences and helping people discover just how healing a little heat and quiet time can be.
John is the hands-on builder and creative mind behind Hello Sauna’s stunning design. As a skilled craftsman, he built our mobile sauna from the ground up, focusing on comfort, functionality, and that special feeling of escape the moment you step inside.
From the flicker of the wood fire to the scent of natural timber, Hello Sauna is a peaceful little haven designed to melt away stress and bring people closer to themselves—and to each other. And because we believe wellness should never come at the cost of the planet, Hello Sauna runs with sustainability in mind. We use responsibly sourced wood, energy-efficient heating, and do our best to tread lightly with every session.
Over time, Hello Sauna has become a cherished part of the local wellness scene—a hidden gem that’s slowly building a community of sauna lovers who know the power of slowing down.
