Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s our current policy:
 

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking will receive a full refund or credit.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking are non-refundable, as we’ve already prepared your sauna session.

• No-shows will be charged in full.

Cancellation Policy

• To cancel or reschedule your session you must log into this website and change/cancel your booking.

• Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time are non-refundable.

 

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued where a session is cancelled more than 24 hours prior.

• Cancellations after this time will not be refunded.

Session Start Time

• You are responsible for being on time for the commencement of your session.

• If you are late your session will be shortened and will still end at the originally designated time.

 

Pricing:

• All prices include Goods & Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%.
   

Session Packs/Unused Sessions:

• Prepaid Sessions/Session Packs cannot be refunded, but they can be transferred to another person with written permission from you and Hello Sauna.
   

Session Packs:

• Prepaid Sessions/Session Packs expire after 12 months.

Cancellation by Hello Sauna:

• If extreme weather or circumstances force us to cancel, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.
