Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here’s our current policy:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking will receive a full refund or credit.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking are non-refundable, as we’ve already prepared your sauna session.

No-shows will be charged in full.

To cancel or reschedule your session you must log into this website and change/cancel your booking.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time are non-refundable.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued where a session is cancelled more than 24 hours prior.

Cancellations after this time will not be refunded.
Session Start Time

You are responsible for being on time for the commencement of your session.

If you are late your session will be shortened and will still end at the originally designated time.
Pricing:

All prices include Goods & Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%.
Session Packs/Unused Sessions:

Prepaid Sessions/Session Packs cannot be refunded, but they can be transferred to another person with written permission from you and Hello Sauna.
Session Packs:

Prepaid Sessions/Session Packs expire after 12 months.
Cancellation by Hello Sauna:

If extreme weather or circumstances force us to cancel, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.
