Step into the warmth of our wood-fired sauna and let the ocean breeze and natural heat work their magic. Our Village Heat Sessions are shared with a small group of up to 5 people, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for all.

How it Works

Ready
Wear your swimmers, bring a towel, water bottle, and something warm for after.
Hop in & Heat Up
Step inside our wood-fired sauna, get toasty, and let the warmth do its thing. Sit, breathe, and unwind.
Dip, Sauna, Repeat.
Take a dip in the ocean (if you’re keen) or just enjoy the fresh sea air. Hot-cold contrast is part of the magic.
Listen to Your Body
Stay hydrated, take breaks, and go at your own pace. There’s no right or wrong way to sauna.
Feel
Amazing
You’ll leave with that post-sauna glow—warm, relaxed, and recharged.
What to Bring

Swimwear to wear inside the sauna. Guests are not permitted to Sauna naked.

A full water bottle to ensure you stay hydrated.

Two towels – one to sit on and one to dry with (we do not supply towels).

Bring something nice and cosy to wear afterwards. Wild Waves Changing Robes are a fantastic option providing warmth and protection against the elements during your dash from the sea to the sauna!

We recommend you wear a wool sauna hat during your session. Available for purchase on site $10 each.
Before You Sauna

Take a shower before using the Sauna. This ensures your body is free of dirt and any lotions. Showering also helps to open your pores and relax your muscles

Please ensure all jewellery is removed as it can get hot and some jewellery can tarnish.

Do not eat a big meal before using the Sauna.

Use of the Sauna is not permitted by those under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Toilets, Showers & Change Room Facilities

You have easy access to public changing rooms and toilets located nearby for you to change into your swimwear.

Storage Tubs are available to place your belongings into whilst using the Sauna.

We also provide buckets of water to wash your feet before entering the Sauna.

Free parking is available nearby. Located right on the ocean, and just steps away from the Caravan Park we are located within.

Sauna hats serve multiple purposes, making your sauna sessions more comfortable and beneficial.
