What should I bring with me?

You must bring swimwear, a full water bottle to stay hydrated and two towels – one to sit on in the sauna and one for drying after.

It's also a great idea to bring something warm and cosy to hang out in after.
What will it be like?

Nestled by the pristine shoreline, Hello Sauna offers a one-of-a-kind experience that combines the therapeutic heat of a traditional sauna with the invigorating chill of a sea dip.

You'll share the sauna with up to 4 other people and we recommend you split your time 10-15 mins in the Sauna and then pop out for a dip in the sea or just enjoy the fresh air. Dip, Sauna, Repeat!

Can anyone use the sauna?

All guests are responsible for knowing their health limits and assuming any associated risks.

If you have any underlying health conditions or are taking any medication, please check with your doctor before using the sauna.

Sauna use is not permitted for those who are pregnant, diabetic, have heart conditions, respiratory disease, high blood pressure, or metal implants.

Do not use if you have a history of dizziness, fainting, or are under medical care without prior approval.

If you start to feel nauseous, dizzy or have a headache, please leave the sauna immediately and let us know.

All guests are required when booking to read and sign a waiver.
Is the Sauna Wheelchair accessible?

Our saunas have wheelchair access, but wheelchairs cannot stay in the sauna. If you are a wheelchair user, please email us so we can have a chat beforehand.
How do I prepare for my sauna?

It is advised to come dressed ready for your sauna - prepared to hop in and let the heat envelop you.

Hydration is important — drink plenty of water before and after your session.

We have storage containers for all personal belongings.

Please make sure that all your jewellery is removed as it gets really hot in the sauna.

Do not drink alcohol before or during your sauna.

Avoid eating 1–2 hours beforehand.
Can I sauna naked?

We ask that you wear your swimsuit as you will share the sauna with the rest of the community

Please ensure you are also sitting on your towel.
Do I have to book?

We recommend booking in advance, but you are very welcome to pop by and see if we have any free slots available.

When you book online, you can pay in advance via this website.

If you are dropping in, you can pay via card, or we can take cash.
What's your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Here’s our policy:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking will receive a full refund or credit.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking are non-refundable, as we’ve already prepared your sauna session.

No-shows will be charged in full.

To cancel or reschedule your session you must log into your account on this website and change/cancel your booking.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time are non-refundable.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued where a session is cancelled more than 24 hours prior.

Cancellations after this time will not be refunded.
Can I hire the sauna privately?
You sure can! You can book a private sauna for up to 5 people via our booking page.
Are you available for Event Hire?

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure you are checked in and can maximise your use of Hello Sauna.
