We're at Indented Head for a limited season only, operating on Saturdays and Sundays from August to November. Bookings are essential as sessions often fill quickly.

Absolutely. Private sessions give you exclusive use of the sauna for up to 5 people. They're perfect for friends, families, birthdays, wellness groups or simply enjoying the experience at your own pace.

Not at all. The ocean is there if you'd like to experience the traditional hot-and-cold contrast, but it's completely optional. You're welcome to simply enjoy the warmth of the sauna.

Bring your swimwear, two towels (one to sit on and one to dry off with), a water bottle and comfortable footwear. We also recommend warm clothes for afterwards so you can leave feeling cosy.

Swimwear is required during all sessions. Please also use a towel to sit on while inside the sauna.

Yes. You don't need any previous sauna experience. Listen to your body, take breaks when you need to, stay hydrated and enjoy the experience at your own pace.

A little rain won't stop us. Sauna and cool weather are a great combination. We'll only cancel sessions if conditions are unsafe, and if that happens we'll contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
